This course focuses on developing employee capability. It consists of six sections: (1) What is Employee Capability Development?, (2) Employee Capability Development Framework, (3) Individual Contributor Level, (4) First-Line Leader Level, (5) Middle Manager Level, and (6) Senior Leader / Head of Department Level.
